• To book your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $1000 USD is due at time of booking.

    • Final payment is due by Feb 1, 2025 or as soon as possible to our travel agent*.

    • The price for this retreat is based on the currency rates of exchange in effect at the time of the publication of this retreat. We reserve the right to adjust the trip price if the exchange rate varies more than 5% from our published pricing.

    • Any cancellation made between Feb 1 2025 and Feb 28 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.

    • Any cancellation made between March 1 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.

    • All cancellations must be received in writing via email.

    • We will do our best to accommodate your lodging wishes, but if your double or triple room isn't fully occupied, your rate will be adjusted to cover the difference based on the actual number of guests.

    • We carefully consider each participant during the intake process, and in rare cases where we feel it may not be the right fit, we reserve the right to not grant a place in the retreat. Rest assured, if this happens, your deposit will be fully refunded.

    • All four of the included retreat Experiences are booked ahead of time, and if you do choose not to participate in them, it will not result in a refund.

    • Travel insurance is highly recommended. You can consult our travel agent or choose your own.

Your Flights and Airport Transportation

We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN) in Cancun, Mexico, on April 21st no later than 6:00pm if possible, as we will have a transport van leaving Cancun airport around 6:30-7pm to bring you to the retreat venue, Dora Resort.

On April 28th, we recommend booking a flight from Cancun in the afternoon, as we have a shuttle leaving from Paledora around noon, and the trip is 1.5 hours.

If you are flying in/out at times separate from these, we are happy to help you arrange an airport transport at your own cost. Taxi is around $120 USD for 1 trip.

Our host at Dora will be arranging the transport, so please make sure to provide us with all your travel details at least two weeks before departure (preferably much earlier), so we can set it up accordingly.

Please note that the earliest check in time for the retreat at Dora Resort on April 21st is 3pm, and latest check out time on April 28th is 12pm.

If you want to come earlier or stay later near Dora Resort, please let us know and we can help coordinate your stay.
